To whom it may concern at the BBB of Palo Alto CA. Recently I have not been able to log onto my IMVU account Good friends had boughten me stuff that I have on this account and so had others. IMVU did not @ mail me any thing to inform me of my account closed or anything at all. I been informed from others that this is common practice of IMVU of them to disable or close accounts with out proper notification before.
Some time in the past IMVU had done that to me Cary claimed that someone accused me of spamming others. This was not so the fact was I was pointing out or making light of some jerks that was spaming. I did not have much conversation with Cory he had them fix my account that was sometime ago.
I recently sent Cary Rosenzweig President and Chief Executive Officer of IMVU a @ mail asking what why my account is not working no response as of yet. I also @ mailed [email protected] and [email protected] about this no response.
IMVU seems to have very pore customer re pore seems to lack QC and also seems to have a big rule in defiling or exposing them under the ages of 18 to unnatural sexual obscure ideas its a wonder that some screaming mother has not dragged the hole police department into IMVU and demand for a street hangings of them all for making a Barbie like game chat program that expose kids to the ideas that Gay and Bi are common place things. Many of them are just 13 14 or 16 year old kids and they say very dirty things to others. If IMVU never had the option for them under the age of 18 to even select things like orientation of Bi or Gay this junk would had never had escalated the way it has. U probably could blame IMVU for destroying a certain level up morel value in the whole world because people all over the world use IMVU. IF kids was far less exposed to the idea that sex is a 3 D game then maybe there would be far less trash in the world. I think the State of CA should bring all the higher ups of IMVU to court on a number of charges. IMVU do what they had been doing is far greater damage then you realize.
I can openly say they all should be investigated deeply in regards to allot of thing like who programed what to do what. People are concerned about pedophiles and so on well take a good look world IMVU is probably the biggest Pedophile of all time. I have reported to IMVU many times about things I seen on HPs and commented extensively about it and they did nothing but maybe gotten mad at me and disabled my account over it. IMVU could make easy drastic changes to make IMVU safer and cleaner for all to use but it seems they have chosen not to.
Taking IMVU to court seems like a great idea to me anyone have Grant money for this endeavor ?
